DO YOUR BOOTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

Yes! Our Mongolian fur boots generally fit true to size.

We recommend ordering your normal boot size.

If you plan on wearing extra-thick socks or prefer a roomier fit, you may choose to size up.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MONGOLIAN FUR BOOTS?

Our Mongolian fur boots are designed to last with proper care.

• Store them in a cool, dry place.

• Gently shake or fluff the fur after wearing to maintain its full appearance.

• If the fur becomes flattened during shipping or storage, simply fluff it by hand.

IF MY BOOTS GET WET

Don’t worry! If your boots get caught in rain or snow:

• Allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature.

• Do not place them in a dryer or directly in front of high heat.

• Once completely dry, gently fluff the fur by hand.

Natural fur may temporarily lose volume when wet but will typically return to its fluffy appearance after drying.


HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Most of our footwear fits true to size.
