RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Nataliya Missy, we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, and Store Policies.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the limited quantities of our exclusive collections and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns unless an error was made on our part.
ELIGIBLE EXCEPTIONS
A replacement or exchange may be considered if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged.
- You received an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error made by Nataliya Missy.
If your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Pass inspection upon arrival
Exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or personal preference are not guaranteed and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Nataliya Missy.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an approved exchange, including the cost of returning the item and shipping the replacement item.
Nataliya Missy does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
To request an exchange or report an issue, please email our Customer Support Team with:
- Your Order Number
- Your Full Name
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not return any item without prior approval from Nataliya Missy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. If your request is approved, return instructions will be provided by email.
INSPECTION OF RETURNED ITEMS
All approved exchanges are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Nataliya Missy reserves the right to deny an exchange if an item:
- Shows signs of wear or use
- Has been washed or altered
- Contains stains, makeup, perfume, smoke, deodorant, or pet hair
- Is returned without original tags
- Is not returned in its original packaging
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Worn or used items
- Washed or altered items
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Gift Cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- Any item returned without prior approval
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
For this reason, cancellations, modifications, or address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
If you need assistance, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only if Nataliya Missy determines that an error occurred during order fulfillment and a replacement item cannot be provided.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGES
Nataliya Missy reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Items returned without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
